The CEO and Managing Director of ALIQAN Services Pvt. Ltd. is an MBA from prestigious IIM Calcutta and in addition to delivering technology and process enabled transformation for key clients, he is chartered with scaling incubated propositions in IT, Software Development, Analytics and Customer Experience Management, while working for companies like HCL Technologies, TATA Consultancy Limited and IMS Learning Resources, and has brought about terminal changes that increased qualitative productivity. He has provided effective Carry over Plans to companies for continuous quality check that accelerated business profits. Ali has more than 10 years of extensive experience in IT and Training/Education Sector. He has been dynamically involved in developing client base, identifying training needs and high end training programs, for organizations to deliver better performing workforce. Ali has served different verticals on important positions as Director Operations, Strategy Consultant and Business Analyst. He is a globe trotter with an energetic personality, who gets totally immersed in whatever he does.

Jyoti

Jyoti is the founding partner and serves as a Director in ALIQAN Services Pvt. Ltd. She is a Bachelor of Engineering from MITS, Rajasthan University. She has 10 years of experience and has been actively involved in Strategic Planning and Learning & Development and specializes in Partnership Management, Business Development, Human Resource and Administration services in the Training industry. Her career developed with renowned trainings companies where she held positions of responsibilities as Manager Training – Sales, Manager Corporate Training & Education Sales, Sr. Business Development Executive. Jyoti takes pride in her training expertise and believes that people sometimes limit their own progress by barricading their learning and she rejuvenates herself by helping them successfully overcome those barriers.

Nazia Husain

Nazia is a self-motivated, confident and energetic, which makes her very effective as a trainer. She is a graduate in English Language and an extremely empathetic person, she is dedicated to facilitate people in improving their communication skills and customer handling skills. With over 7 years of experience, she developed her passion for training and became a Trainer. Her monitoring and effective feedback has helped trainees and the training department. She has made several modules on V&A, Soft skills, Behavioral Skills and Culture trainings, which is been used for reinforcement training. Nazia has taken several Voice and Accent, Communication skills, Business Etiquette, Conference Call Etiquette, Business Communication, Personality Development, Interview Facing, Presentation Skills, Customer Service, Culture sensitization batches at Companies like HCL Technologies, Genpact, IBM, HCL Comnet and EOS Group.
